when is my payment due?
Our pricing is customized to your event. We do our best to fit within your budget and give you top quality. A 50% retainer holds your date, and the balance is not due until 14 days before your event.

We recommend booking as soon as you have finalized a date with your venue to secure your preferred date and booth style.

What if we want prints for on-the-go keepsakes?
Adding the print package includes an unlimited number of prints. During our correspondence, you can customize the photo format and photo booth options.

Do you offer digital albums?
Yes! Digital albums are available as an add-on to any package. They’re a great way to keep all your event photos in one easy-to-share online gallery, so you and your guests can download, share, and relive the memories anytime.

How much space is required for your photo booth setup?
10 'x 10' is the minimum amount of space required. We may be able to accommodate space depending on the venue; please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Allow two hours for setup and an hour for breakdown.

What if i need more rental time during the event?
During booking, there are options to add additional time at a discounted rate. Our hourly rate for extra time at the event site is $100.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN BACKDROP?
Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own backdrop. Consider a non-reflective surface, if possible. For your convenience, our packages include classic white or black backdrops, as well as themed and fully customizable options to fit your event’s vision.

Can we customize a logo/message on the photo strip?
White or black backgrounds are the standard option on most packages; there are upgrades available for custom designs, the addition of custom logos, or themed backgrounds.

Will someone be there to help operate the booth?
Yes! Each booth comes with a dedicated Memory Concierge who will be on-site to assist your guests, keep the fun flowing, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

How many photos/shares are included in my event?
All digital packages include unlimited photos and instant sharing via social media, phone number, or email. Instant print options avalaible when booking.

Do you offer props to our guests?
We offer themed packages; most of our packages include full use of our prop kit. We provide an assortment of signs, glasses, hats, boas, and more, so your guests can really amp up their imagination while in the booth!

can i cancel or rebook my reservation?
We understand that plans can change!
While retainers are non-refundable, we do accept cancellations. As a courtesy, we offer one complimentary rebooking so you can still enjoy your photo booth experience on another date subject to availability. Additional rebooking requests may incur fees.
